Message from Effa

I saw this poor guy this week, never seen him before. This road was my daily usage, Jalan Saga, near Bestari Jaya, Batang Berjuntai. i guess this poor boy had been dumped by his owner. He looks confused and keep looking for something, chase a car type SUV/MPV. I dropped by to feed him as this road quite hard to find a food, busy with lorry and normally car speeding on this road. Afraid something bad happens to him. Hope anyone can help to rescue this poor dog, if you can help, please call Effa 0135930003
