Lay Cheng , a feeder at Kota Kemunning whom weve worked with years ago contacted us for help to catch some dogs for spaying. Shes feeding and doing her best neutering the stray dogs around Kota Kemunning. We went over this morning and we managed to get 4 female dogs. Due to lack of manpower, we didnt manage to record any footage of the catch.
