Nesting Season is Coming!

Yesterday, during our river patrol, we discovered a river terrapin track on one of the nesting banks! The track appeared to make a sharp U-turn, possibly because the female was searching for a suitable spot for her nest. The nesting season is approaching quickly, and we are excited for it!

The fourth pic shows river otter tracks, which we initially mistook for a terrapin's from afar . After taking a closer look from the boat, we confirmed it was a false alarm
