CAN SOMEONE HELP?

Hi Im on Langkawi island- me and two friends found a very young puppy on the side of the road covered in biting ants and fleas. Weve taken care of her for the last day and tried to take her to a shelter but they were fullwe have to leave on the 23rd January to go to Thailand. Is there anything you can do to help?
