Whats one piece of advice youd give to new RASMA participants?
Do not be scared to approach your mentors and supervisors if a certain task is overwhelming you. Volunteering should be done in a fun way and not stress you out! Take your time to learn about the people behind your volunteering organisation, they always have interesting things to share.

How has RASMA changed the way you see the environment or wildlife?
RASMA taught me that everyone should be involved in conservation work. It does not have to be complicated and limited to NGOs and the government. RASMA gives us the opportunity to learn more on this and it is our job to pass on the message to our community.

Whats one myth about volunteering that youd like to debunk?
Volunteering does not have to be expensive and hard to do! You can do so much with just a laptop or a smartphone.
