Thank you to everyone who joined two of ACRES Outdoor Education Programmes during the March holidays.

These events aim to help children feel comfortable in nature, learn how to interact safely with wildlife, and develop a deeper appreciation for the environment.

One of the trips had to be postponed due to the monsoon surge, and it turned out to be the wettest March since records began! With global warming, more extreme and unseasonable weather is expected.

This is one reason why it is important to conserve natural habitats, plants and animals - they are part of the ecosystem that provides us with air, water, food and a liveable temperature.
