At Roots & Shoots Malaysia, we believe that meaningful change starts at the grassroots. Thats why were so excited to introduce our the Kampung Conscious Festival: Kami Dan Bumi, happening this April in the beautiful, nature-rich state of Perlis. The details of the festival are as follows:

Time: 3:00PM 11:00PM
Venue: Rumah Kupi, Perlis

As part of our Nakawan Range Project, this pilot festival is a reflection of our ongoing commitment to bring sustainability conversations into rural communitiesby celebrating the Perlisian culture and our shared connection with Mother Nature.

Together with our amazing collaborators, @getconsciousco and @_rumahkupi were curating a weekend filled with:
Documentary screenings
Local music performances
Food & craft vendors
Batik workshops
And a scenic cycling tour around Perlis!

Were honoured to walk this journey with local changemakers, and cant wait to learn, grow, and celebrate with the community. This initiative is made possible with the support of @manulife.malaysia
