SOS URGENT!!!
Dog is in pain, bleeding badly on the face and one eye seems to be blind. Probably got attacked by other dogs. Looks harmless. Urgently need rescuers to help. Might need a cage for it.
Hijauan Selayang area. Hiding behind the row of empty shop lots.
Will contribute on covering the initial costs.
