This is a rather long sad story for this British Shorthair cat. Opposite our cattery in Rawang , he was kept in a back room, his owner ( now ex-owner ) doesnt stay there , the house was rented out to some foreign workers. The ex-owner passed food to the foreign workers and they fed him everyday.
One of our members approached the ex-owner and asked if he could re-home the cat and the ex-owner refused. We left it at that. This was about 3 years ago.
As time passed, we noticed that the ex-owner also rescued a few cats and put them together in the same room. When our member passed by the area, the cats would meow as if they were hungry. We would feed them sometimes and when we did, they would fight for the food. We wonder if they were fed enough by the ex-owner.
One day, we saw that all the cat were let out wandering the streets and they were hungry. So we gave them some food.
Now we feed them everyday. This is a pure British Shorthair and we think he shouldnt be living his life on the streets. Does any genuine cat lover would like to give him a good home ? He is very sweet and affectionate. If youd like to give him a good life, please leave a comment or pm us. Thank you.
