Harmony Fund has made a special donation of $3,330 to buy food for one of the most beloved rescue centers in Syria. Ernesto's Sanctuary is a specialized animal shelter in Northwestern Syria that rescues, treats, and cares for over 1,850 cats abandoned or born during the ongoing conflict. Founded by Alaa - known as the Cat Man of Aleppo- after his previous shelter was destroyed in 2016, the facility also protects farm animals and provides free, essential veterinary services to the local community.

Missile debris has fallen on scattered parts of the country, gas and electricity shortages have resurfaced, border crossings with Lebanon have become crowded with Syrians returning home, and cargo shipments have been disrupted. This is a crucial time to support the rescue and care of animals.
