Anyone can help this dog ..it has been in starvation for a very long time and and the head has a big wound with maggots and it will die soon if not treated. ( anyone can help and send to vet and I can chip in for the vet fees )

This area is not prone for animal feeders. It is left in skin and bones.
This dog needs to have regular food and drink . No one is giving food. It will just die in starvation and its the most suffering to die in this way.

Any feeders can transport the dog to your area so u can feed regularly ? Thank you
